1977 Safari Rally Kenya

From the gruelling 1977 Safari Ralli in Kenya comes this 3rd place victory by the Team Lancia Alitalia, this time its a Lancia Stratos HF driven by Sandro Munari with co driver Piero Sodano with a final classification time of 13:14 on 5949km with 81 time controls, they where 2:09 behind the 1st place Bjorn Waldegard and Hans Thorzselius in a Ford Escort RS1800.

I hope to get the 1:18 Kyosho version someday.

DCPH Ingress from the SM North Annex Display

As promised , here are more pics from the recently concluded display at the SM North Annex center. Group mates of mine from DCPH completed the display event. The display theme varies from VW Beetles, Ferraris, Taxis and Firetrucks to an F1 pitlane and vintage diecast models etc.
