1998 TAP Rally of Portugal Mitsubishi Lancer Carisma GT
Loving this livery!
A 1:43 scale model of the Mitsubishi Lancer Carisma GT by driver Leszek Kuzaj and co driver Krzysztof Geborys which entered the 1998 TAP Rally of Portugal which ended in a DNF due to an accident.
First time to hear about "Skid" brand! Is it affliated with Trofeo or Vitesse? Quite extensive range you got here Mike :-) I'm impressed by the variety! Cool GT pics!
Back to 1/43 Mike? I admit that I'm not spending as much time checking your 1/18 models, even if they are truly beautiful. In any case, it's a very fine model you have here once again.
@komenda: Trofeu and Skid were both names of lines produced by Vitesse before it went under and was taken over by Sun Star. You can also add Onyx and Quartzo to this list.
thanks sir Laurent! :-) not really getting back because I only collect 1:43 and 1:18 rally cars nowadays, and had time to shoot a couple of 43's early this week. No more 1:64 except for one casting you will soon find out.
Wah!!!! Nice Mitsubitshi EVO Lancer 6.Is a classic. I miss 1:43 Tommy Makinen's edition but i don't have the complete range of Mit.EVO due to i started late to collect.
Yeah, great model Mike. It's hard to find in Poland and the prices are crazy...

ReplyDeleteSorry for the lack of info, Skid is an actual rally line of the Vitesse group.
I had to wait also to get a chance to own one because its an old release and harder to acquire.
Very good model with good details, too!
ReplyDeleteAnother Mitsubishi Lancer,Nice...
ReplyDeleteHope to see your evo's all together in one photo...
