diecast in 1:43 by M Smart
nice celica and photograph jdmike....
ReplyDeleteThanks Mervin! :-)
ReplyDeleteI have this version of celica rally car made by trofeu. But the rear light are decals finished which looks not so real compares to yours are red plastic finished.
ReplyDeleteThis model is rare now because very few of the present manufacturers will produce them, otherwise had to get it from ebay.
Nice photoshot JDMikes!!
thanks daniel! :-)
ReplyDeleteyes, some of the older trofeu models
have existing rear and front decals for lights which are less realistic, I remember building a 1:43 diecast kit for my friend that has decals for rear lights and side markers and i wish they where made of plastic instead.
This seems like a nice model. I have several similar versions by other makers, however I'm not familiar with M Smart. Did you know HPI has a couple of Celicas planned in the near future.
ReplyDeletethanks toyota geek, one thing I don't like with this model is that protruding shaft where the screws are held, its too long.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the HPI update, I'm certain that HPI will do an awesome job with those upcoming celicas.
I like of this one !
ReplyDeleteNice miniature!

ReplyDeleteHi! Congrats, nice car - though I don't like 1:43 that much. Here are my Celicas:
