Hey guys, its been a long time since I customized or scratch built anything, I found recently an old link about creating cool dioramas. The link is http://www.carrera4fun.de/4_gebaeude/diorama2.htm.
They made awesome dioramas for slot cars scaled 1:32, I downloaded there scaled format in their site
I then added a few tweaks to make the garage more retro with a few signs left and right
and Ialso printed the file at 65% less of the original size just to match the 1:64 scale scene.
And here is the result...

Thank you Juanh, the original file was made for 1:32scaled slot cars, if you like, give me your email address and I'll send you my finished file in JPG format but reduce the printing accordingly to your 1:43 scale, my guess is you should reduce your print out to 75% of the original.
Wow !! Very nice job !! I found the same and I made one in august, but I don't love the result. You extended the walls, no ?

Thanks Bertrand! :-) I didn't extend the walls. I just downloaded the files from their site and then overlayed my design. maybe its the cameras wide angle, I just use a point and shoot digicam, maybe that will explain the distortion. :-) Oh by the way, I already followed you in Google plus, can't seem to tinker with google plus yet :-)
Mike, as my subject is racing cars, what really interests me is the 1/43 diorama of a stretch of racetrack, whether modern or ancient, or some rally route or the Mille Miglia. If you have any of these I pass my email. Thank you very much!

Oh ok I see, the one who made this dio has some vintage race dio buildings that you can download also, just a little warning, you need time to make them but they are surely beautiful! :-)
you can download there files in pdf format then reduce them to around 75% before printing them.

then click on the pic of the Mercedes Benz/Bosch tower in black n white to go dierctly to the link. That page has a detailed how to cut and paste the nice looking tower and buildings. also it has the downloadable files in pdf format.

I love the way you make this diorama 1/64 diecast as my reaction. Longtime 1/64 diecast collector since 2011 of every brand that's related to Hot Wheels. I'm a great Small Creator, and since October of 2023, I'm not on the internet anymore for a series of misbehavior issues. But, I will edit a photo with an app that I don't need a 1/64 diecast diorama when I can have a 1/64 diorama on my own using my PC. Hope that works for me!
